At Suraya Textiles, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated fashion and textiles of exceptional quality. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags and packaging remain intact.
• The item is returned in its original condition.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they are defective or an incorrect item was sent:

• Custom-made or altered items.
• Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items.
• Gift cards.
• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
• Items that have been customised or altered at the customer's request.

Please refer to the product description for any product-specific return or exchange conditions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Upon review, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item supplied by Suraya Textiles.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Suraya Textiles is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Colour Disclaimer

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography. Such variations are not considered product defects.

Our Right to Decline

Suraya Textiles reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
